Would one just be able to download and install the E17 shell from the Enlightenment website? I noticed they're recommending to install all these 'updates' in a particular order. I'm assuming (since I'm a newb) this is a necessity? Any random thoughts/suggestions? Thanks...

you can perform an auto install from the programs center, you just need to add the e17 repo, something like that.
